Eucalan Delicate Wash is the ideal wool soap.
Basically, it is intended for hand washing but can also be used in a washing machine. The eco-friendly formula also acts as a dust mite repellent and anti-static.
Eucalan is a rinse-free wash, which means that the formula gently releases dirt in the wash, cleaning the fabric without the need for a final rinse. Although the yarn absorbs little of the soap, it still has beneficial properties. Lanolin strengthens and conditions clothing fibers - it's particularly good for wool and knitwear, but can be used for almost anything.
Besides the unscented version, there are also scented variants, which are infused with pure essential oils used as a fragrance. They are naturally antibacterial or moth repellent. They are meant to stay in clothes for added benefits; think of blankets and knitted sweaters that are packed away for the cold months.

In the individual variations, essential oils extracted from the plants in question will also be added to add fragrance.
Add one capsule of the soap to lukewarm water and let the clothes soak for about 20 minutes. Since the formula is rinse-free, you can simply wring out the water afterward. Then lay the clothes flat to dry on a towel. If you still want to rinse them, you can certainly do so, but you’ll lose some of the lanolin’s long-lasting effect.
