For the new CURVE Koshitsu interchangeable knitting needles and accessories, Seeknit has developed the most user-friendly and comfortable interchangeable needles. The result is a series of elegantly shaped, silky smooth and durable interchangeable needle tips, cables and accessories. The products are made of durable materials and are available both as single pieces and in several beautiful sets.
Seeknit CURVE cable couplers are made of stainless steel. The coupler makes it possible to connect two cables to create a longer cable. The threads on the cable and on the coupling fit perfectly and without transition, so the yarn does not get caught and the stitches slide easily from one cable to the other. The cable couplers are available in two thread sizes (M1.8 and M2) and come in packs of 2. The size you need depends on the pin thickness of the tips you want to use. For stick thicknesses 2.00-3.25 mm you need a cable with thread size M1.8 and for 3.50-10.00 mm you need a cable with thread size M2.
Note: The new Seeknit CURVE series uses two thread sizes: M1.8 and M2. It is therefore not possible to use existing cables with thread size M4 with Seeknit CURVE pin tips. Existing M4 pin tips and cable fittings can be used with CURVE cables if you screw an adapter between pin tip and cable.
