This set contains masking markers in five different shapes, each with its own use:
Circular markers (ring markers ) in 3 different sizes can be moved around the needle during knitting and placed between two stitches to mark a specific place or to indicate a decrease or increase. As they come in different sizes, there is always a suitable marker for every needle size.
Locking markers can be used as ring markers, but can also be inserted and removed later - for example to indicate exactly where the sleeves should sit on the body of a sweater or cardigan. They can also be used to temporarily join different parts of a pattern together, for example when trying on the garment or assembling the finished piece.
Split rings act as ring markers but can easily be removed again.
